Choose one workflow that matters
We look for a contained, expensive source of friction: an intake queue, an approval loop, a document handoff, or a process spread across several tools.
A different way to start
We invest in the first version of one high-value workflow. Your subscription starts only after that workflow is live, your team can use it, and the agreed acceptance criteria are met.

We look for a contained, expensive source of friction: an intake queue, an approval loop, a document handoff, or a process spread across several tools.
02
Before development starts, we define the workflow, the systems involved, the people who need to use it, and the acceptance criteria for the first release.
03
There is no upfront development fee for the agreed first workflow. We build, deploy, and refine it with the people who will use it.
04
Once the workflow is live and accepted, your monthly software subscription begins. We keep the system current as the process, integrations, and team evolve.
For the agreed first workflow, you do not pay a development fee before it is live. Instead, the engagement moves to a monthly software subscription after the workflow meets the acceptance criteria we agreed together.
It begins after the first agreed workflow is deployed, your team can use it, and the agreed acceptance criteria are met. The exact definition is written down before we start building.
It fits a bounded workflow with a clear owner, accessible systems and data, and a measurable operational problem. It is not a fit for an undefined ERP replacement or a free prototype process with no commitment to run the resulting software.
Your business data remains yours and can be exported in a usable format. We can operate the software or, where appropriate, deploy it in your environment. The rights to custom work, reusable components, hosting, and continuity are defined in the engagement agreement before development begins.
It covers the agreed operation, support, and maintenance of the live workflow. New workflows and material scope changes are planned and priced explicitly, so the original commitment stays clear for both sides.
Spreadsheets work until they do not. When teams copy data between tabs, chase version conflicts, and build workarounds in Excel, the problem is no longer the sheet — it is the lack of proper software built for the process.
Most businesses do not have a software problem because one tool is old. They have a problem because legacy systems, modern SaaS, spreadsheets, and manual steps were never designed to share one workflow.
Subscription sprawl happens when every department buys a tool for one step in the same process. The result is higher monthly spend, duplicate data, and teams stitching together software that was never meant to work as one system.
Workflow automation fails when teams buy generic tools that do not match the process. We build custom workflow software around your approvals, handoffs, documents, and operational rules — then add AI only where it removes real work.
Most AI pilots stall because they are built as a demo beside the workflow instead of inside it. We put AI into the step that actually costs your team hours — reading documents, triaging inbound requests, drafting the routine reply — and let deterministic code make the decisions that have to be auditable.
Tell us what tools, spreadsheets, or legacy systems are slowing the workflow down. We will suggest what could become one custom app.
